Over a 20 year Financial Services career, Kunal has focused on operational improvement, innovation, and transformation. He has led the optimization, modernization, and end-to-end transformation of organizations across Retail Banking, Commercial Credit, Wealth Management, Property and Casualty Insurance, resulting in substantial business growth, client experience enhancements and operating efficiencies for clients and employers. Given his expertise and track record of delivery, Kunal has spoken and published internationally on digitization, artificial intelligence and transformation.

In 2015 he was the leader of the operating excellence stream of “BAI Retail Delivery the largest retail banking conference held annually in the USA.
